Last night’s after-dinner snack: coconut-almond granola

Breakfast: Van’s wheat-free blueberry waffles with soy yogurt and banana slices

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with cranberry apple butter

Afternoon snack: Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with almond milk

Dinner: baked chicken, wild rice pilaf, piece of whole wheat bread
