Our fridge is looking awfully bare these days. We’re out of all my staples… apples, pears, carrots, and bananas. I don’t know what I’m going to do for meals tomorrow. What to pack for lunch??
I also need to go to Trader Joe’s to stock up on bars, especially peanut butter cookie Larabars because I am almost out!! Sadness.
We’re also out of hummus. I should probably make some of that instead of buying it, because the homemade kinds seems to last way longer.
For lunch today I had a cucumber and cream cheese (Toffuti) sandwich with a few olives and Kashi crackers.
For afternoon snacks at work I had half a blueberry flax muffin…
and a little later on I had a Clif Kids Z Bar – Blueberry flavored.
For dinner tonight I had another Amy’s bistro burger with bbq sauce on a gluten-free bun with some roasted vegetables my mom made on the side.
