Double Butter

Posted by: Amanda on: November 30, 2008

Today is the first Sunday of Advent. That means only four weeks (okay, plus a little more) till Christmas! Amazing.
For breakfast today I made a bowl of oatmeal topped with banana, almond butter, and homemade pumpkin butter. Double butter.

Lunch was a Flat Out wrap with TJ’s cranberry apple butter and turkey. The BEST [...]

After work today I stopped by the grocery store for a couple things and found this awesome tea. It smells divine – just like sugar cookies!! I love Christmas.

My afternoon snack today was an English muffin topped with Toffuti cream cheese and Trader Joe’s cranberry apple butter.

For dinner we had [...]

Alright, let’s see if I can get through this real quick before I have to leave for work.
For dinner last night I made a green salad and topped it with an Amy’s bistro burger.

As a snack later on in the evening I had one of my cute little Clementines and a Kashi cereal bar.

Black Friday

Posted by: Amanda on: November 29, 2008

I’m back! It has been soooo nice not being on the computer for the past couple days. I’m going to try to keep that up, except for blogging of course.
This morning for breakfast I had quinoa flakes made with soy milk and banana, topped with brown sugar (added after the pic). Just look at this [...]

Hit the Spot

My afternoon snack today was a PB cookie Larabar. It really hit the spot – so soft and peanut buttery. Yum.

For dinner I had an Amy’s black bean enchilada and some leftover quinoa from last night.

Two good shows are on tonight – The Biggest Loser and Dancing! I’ll be back later…

Bagel for Lunch

Posted by: Amanda on: November 25, 2008

No rain yet. Maybe it will hold off till tonight. At least I won’t have to wash my car – it’s getting dirty.
For lunch today I had a Rudi’s bagel with Toffuti cream cheese, salsa for dipping it in, and carrots.

Today is official moving day in our office. Why they decided to do this the [...]

Hold Off Please

Posted by: Amanda on: November 25, 2008

I love short weeks! Only one more day to go until my “Friday.”
This morning started out with a bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with soy milk.

I’ve got to get myself over to Long’s this morning. I think it’s supposed to rain today and tomorrow. Right now the sky is gray, but not too [...]
