For lunch today I had a sandwich with roasted red pepper hummus (yum!), soy cheese, and tomato. I also had a pear.
Did I mention that my dad was painting our upstairs bathroom? I don’t think so. He finished this morning. It’s a lovely shade of purple!

All right, so for my snack last night I actually made a decent smoothie!! I found a new recipe, and it came out pretty good! Here’s the combo:
Banana-Oat Smoothie
1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup soy yogurt1 frozen banana1/2 cup soy milk2 tsp. raw honey1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tbsp. almond butter
